​Daniel Zhang is a junior at Watchung Hills Regional High School and has past experience creating math competition problems as well as designing math and science course material. He's participated and been ranked in math competitions such as AIME, USAJMO, HMMT, PUMaC, and more. He also loves physics, and is a USAPhO semifinalist. In his free time, he likes to play the clarinet and write mediocre poetry. Overall, he's excited to share his experiences with students, as well as grow Alphademic Learning to be a platform for collaboration and ideological cultivation in the future!

​Matthew Qiu is currently a student in the 11th grade at Stuyvesant High School. Some of his extracurriculars involve being a part of student government, interning with the re-election campaign for a state assembly member, writing opinion pieces for his school newspaper, and being a member of his school’s debate team having competed and won awards at national tournaments. He's an avid writer and debater who is extremely interested in political science, English, and philosophy. Being a tutor for Alphademic Learning is a great honor for him and he looks forward to teaching some thought-provoking and rigorous courses to help develop the analytical skills and critical thinking of the next generation.

​Anmol is a sophomore at Watchung Hills Regional High School. He is interested in all things science, but especially biology. He has competed in many science competitions like Science Bowl, PUMAC, the AMC Series and USABO. He is a USABO semifinalist and placed in the Top 100 last year. Anmol hopes to help other kids become passionate about science, and also to achieve their goals.

Stanley Jiang is currently a junior at Ridge High School. Not only is he well-versed in high school STEM curricula, but also he has had plenty of experience teaching and working with students within his community and across the region. As a teacher, tutor, or teaching assistant, Stanley is patient and accommodating to the needs of his pupils. However, as a competitor himself, he is ambitious and driven. He has participated and placed in many math competitions around the region such as ARML, PUMaC, HMMT, AIME, etc. and in the computer science USACO series as well. In addition to being both a teacher and a learner, Stanley is an aspiring philanthropist and researcher. Dedicated to giving back to society, he is honored to work with Alphademic Learning to foster creative thinking and problem solving abilities within avid learners like himself.

Satvik Dasariraju is a 10th grader at the Lawrenceville School, NJ. He recently taught the "Problem Solving in Prealgebra" class at Alphademic, and also has experience teaching students in STEM camps. Satvik has partaken in math competitions such as the AMC series, HMMT, and PUMaC, qualifying for AIME in the process. Satvik also is interested in science and research, having attended a selective summer research program this summer, where he developed an algorithm to segment blood cells, extract cytomorphological features, and implement machine learning to detect leukemia. His research has been published in a peer-reviewed journal (link: https://doi.org/10.3390/bioengineering7040120). In middle school, Satvik earned numerous Science Olympiad medals as a member of the third place national team. In his free time, Satvik enjoys playing the alto saxophone, participating in boy scouts, and playing tennis. Grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community, Satvik looks forward to spreading his love for learning.

Bryan Zhang is a rising sophomore at Watchung Hills Regional High School. He is a MATHCOUNTS National qualifier (New Jersey placed 8th as a team), a four time AIME qualifier, a two time USAJMO qualifier, and a USAPhO semifinalist. He has also participated in ARML, PuMAC, HMMT, and various other competitions. In addition to math, he is also interested in physics and computer science. In his spare time, he likes to play basketball, run, read, and play videogames. As someone who has been involved with contest math throughout his life, he is able to share his knowledge and insight into many concepts commonly seen in contests. Having taught a science course last summer, he brings teaching experience and a willingness to improve others. He looks forward to helping others achieve new milestones and set new goals.

​Daniel is a rising junior in NJ who loves STEM subjects such as computer science and biology. He has strong passion in computer science and he excels at web development languages (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), Python, and Java. Last year, Daniel was admitted to a summer program for high school students at MIT Entrepreneurship Program where he served as Chief Technology Officer for a startup company that they launched at MIT with high school students from around the world. He also chaired sessions for local middle school Gifted and Talented Program where he taught middle schoolers JavaScript. During his middle school years, Daniel helped his friends create a top ranked reading website. Besides his passion in STEM, Daniel is an avid photographer, skier, and enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in his spare time. He is also a talented musician and placed 2nd chair clarinetist at NJ State Band. He is excited to expand his teaching experience at this Introduction to HTML course.

Ashish Ranjan is an Indian student and a math enthusiast who is inspired by his math olympiad teacher RR SIR. In competition math, he has gotten the "Distinguished Honor Roll" on the AMC 10, Math Kangaroo 2019 (gold) 2020 (silver) medalist, "SASMO" 2020 Gold Ruler, qualified to represent India at the International Junior Mathematics Olympiad (IJMO) (SIMCC) and participated in various mathematical Olympiads like AIME, and ToT (Tournament of the Towns). He wants to excel more and more in mathematics Olympiads and he is also very much interested in spreading knowledge to his students and motivating them to pursue mathematics.

Shreyas Shrivastava is a rising sophomore at Novi High School. He is a two time AIME qualifier, TOT diploma winner and has gotten top 25 in MMPC. He has also participated in ARML, PuMAC, HMMT, MMATHS and many canadian competitions. He enjoys coding and chemistry. In his free time he likes to play cricket, video games and bike around with friends. He is also an avid competitor in HOSA as he got top 3 at HOSA ILC in Medical Math advanced and is also on the school’s quiz bowl team. As a tutor for Alphademic Learning, he wishes to inspire others to enjoy math as much as he does and help kids reach their personal goals.

Andrea Huang is a rising senior at Stuyvesant High School. At school, her extracurriculars include being a Big Sib Chair, a Varsity Debater for her school’s Policy Debate Team. She has debated at national tournaments such as Yale and Harvard. She also works as an Art editor for The Stuyvesant Spectator Newspaper and a Marketing Chair for the New York City Asian American Student Conference. Andrea’s main hobby is art and she has experience in watercolor, markers, digital, and more. She loves drawing and has a passion for helping those younger than her also develop a love for drawing.

Stephy Chen is a rising senior at Stuyvesant High School in New York City. Some of her extracurriculars include being the junior varsity director for her school's debate team, the fundraising director for a nonprofit organization called Active Minds, a journalist for the Spectator, and also an intern for New York City's district 65 state assembly member. She has also participated and won awards in many national debate tournaments. In her free time, she loves to paint, fence at her local fencing center, and read. Grateful to be given the opportunity to develop the skills of the next generation, she looks forward to teaching and helping others pursue subjects in the liberal arts.

​Nathan is a rising sophomore in the Charter School of Wilmington who likes coding, math, and basically anything STEM. Specifically, he has an interest for machine learning and algorithmic problems. Currently, he is in the USACO Gold Division. In his free time, he likes to learn about new topics and problem-solving. By being in this organization, he hopes to help others learn and improve their coding and problem solving skills.

​Jason Zhang is a rising senior at the Gatton Academy of Mathematics and Science in Kentucky. He enjoys chemistry and mathematics. He received High Honors for the 2020 United States National Chemistry Olympiad (USNCO) and is a three time AIME qualifier. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his Boy Scouts Troop, playing the clarinet, and participating with his High School Science Bowl Team, which qualified for the 2020 National Science Bowl.

Boyuan currently lives in Sacramento and goes to Pleasant Grove High School. He's a self-taught developer, specifically working on developing dynamic web applications using Python and JavaScript. After completing one Harvard Online Course -- CS50's Introduction to Web Development to Python and JavaScript, he started to create several projects with the knowledge he learned, such as the Live Chatting Web App, AlgoExpert Clone, and more. He currently works as a paid part-time tutor at TheCodeWiz.

​Ethan Xiao is a freshman at Yorktown High School, and enjoys teaching and learning subjects like math, science, etc. He has participated in math competitions, such as the AMC 8, in which he has gotten the Honor Roll of Distinction, and the AMC 10. He also enjoys chemistry and political science. In his free time, he likes to play tennis and swim, as well as playing piano and the alto sax. He also likes to play video games. He is currently a Life Scout, and enjoys camping and doing activities with his Boy Scout troop. He aims to spread his knowledge of math and science to those willing to learn.

​Venkatesh Alagappan is a junior at Novi High School. He is interested in being a doctor in the future and is interested in all things science. He has competed in math competitions ranging from Gauss and Fryer to HMMT and is the president of his school’s math club. Additionally, Venkatesh loves to learn challenging music and is well versed in both Western and Indian percussion, being the section leader of his marching band’s Front Ensemble. Other extracurriculars he participates in include HOSA, Quiz Bowl, Debate, and National Honors Society. In his free time, he likes to listen and transcribe music, as well as watch an unhealthy amount of youtube. In the past, Venkatesh has taken and is well versed in AP Chemistry and AP Biology, having tutored Chemistry, Biology, and all levels of math up to calculus, and is excited to tutor at a larger scale. He loves teaching students and is grateful and enthusiastic to have the opportunity to tutor with Alphademic.

​Ryan is a rising senior at Union County Magnet High School and is experienced in math competitions, Science Olympiad, programming competitions, and robotics. He's participated in and placed in competitions such as AIME, CMIMC, and ARML. He's won multiple regional and state medals at Science Olympiad events, and he is a USACO Platinum division contestant. He also loves doing robotics at his high school's FRC team, which has won various awards at competitions. In his free time, he loves to play video games and watch YouTube videos.

Chirag is a rising senior at the Union County Academy for Information Technology with a deep interest in science and mathematics. In addition to being an AIME qualifier, he has also placed at the state level in Science Olympiad. As a part of the Alphademic Learning team, he hopes to help others develop a greater appreciation for mathematical problem solving. In his spare time, Chirag enjoys watching NFL games, listening to music, and reading.

He has also placed in both state and invitational Science Olympiad events. In addition to math, Alex is passionate about subjects ranging from physics and economics and loves finding new ways to apply math to these areas. In his free time, Alex reads, watches TV, and plays soccer and golf.

​Anthony Zhang, who goes by Tony, is a junior at Magnet High School, which is located in Union County, NJ. Tony has been involved in the AMC competitions since 7th grade, and has been to AIME twice. He is also aspiring to reach USAMO this year. He has been to ARML in 2019, though was disappointed that as a result of the pandemic there has not been an official ARML in 2020. He is helping host math competitions to reach a higher understanding of mathematics by writing, solving, and judging potential test problems.

​Anil Cacodcar is a junior from Lafayette, Louisiana who enjoys using math in his everyday life–applying it to things like animation, darkroom photography, sailing, and biology. He also enjoys crafting the most solid proof for a claim and likes the certainty that math can sometimes give in an otherwise seemingly-random world. Math may very well be one of things keeping Anil from an existential crisis.

Abhishek Vangipuram is a junior at Novi High School. He is a two-time AIME qualifier. He has participated in HMMT multiple times and participated in competitive mathematics for several years. He is also interested in computer science, physics and chemistry and is well-versed in these subjects. He is a USACO Silver qualifier and has taken the AP Physics C curriculum and AP Chemistry. He is an avid learner and very interested in teaching others as well. In his free time, Abhishek enjoys playing basketball, watching YouTube videos, and hanging out with friends. He is enthusiastic to have the opportunity to work with Alphademic to teach others.

Aaryan Chandna is a junior at West Bloomfield High School, MI. He is a two-time AIME qualifier with a score of 10 his sophomore year, and he was placed in the DHR for AMC 10 his sophomore year as well. Like many of the other instructors, he has participated in PUMAC and HMMT and he ranked in the top 25 for Geometry at 2020 HMMT February. In computer science, he is a programmer for FRC Team 4737 and his coding team placed in the top 10 in the state in the Michigan Governor's HS Cybersecurity Challenge. Outside of STEM-related activities, he qualified for the 2020 and 2021 DECA ICDC conferences and is a part of several clubs at his school. He is also an avid volunteer, as he runs the MathCounts program at his former middle school, and as a member of the MI All Stars organization, he taught a class for a program with hundreds of students during the summer. He enjoys playing sports, as he is the captain of his school's varsity tennis team and he enjoys playing basketball. He also likes to watch sports, mainly football and basketball. He hopes to educate students about math and motivate them to reach their goals.
